After much swatching last week, I came up with a solution for the sleeve cuffs on the triangle sweater that makes me happy. I modified another design embellishment borrowed from Andean Folk Knitting
. The scalloped border is called “puntas.”

I’m loving the subtle play of colours in the pomegranate yarn too. Even though I’ve knit and ripped a few times, Sweet Georgia’s superwash sock yarn is holding up beautifully. It’s a pleasure to knit with it. I almost want to rip it out so I can spend more time working with it!
Do you have a favourite yarn that flies off your needles?
