I bought a pair of machine-knit socks made with Regia’s Kaffe Fassett Exotic, colourway Ember.

I popped into Dressew today to see if they’ve had a new shipment of discount yarn. I’m sure everyone on the lower mainland is familiar with the great deals that can be had at Dressew. For those not in the know, an American distributor decided to unload a bunch of quality yarn so we’ve been seeing some hugely discounted Rowan, Nashua Handknits, and Regia among others.

No new shipments, but I hadn’t notice the Regia machine knit sock samples before. $4.99 for a pair. It’s a lot quicker than knitting them myself!
