Returns Policy
We take care with our yarn selections and colour combinations and we hope you love them as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your order, refunds are given for yarn returned in its original, resaleable condition. Return requests must be received within 30 days of sale.
Please email us first to organize your return. Sorry, shipping fees cannot be refunded. For your own protection, you may wish to send your returns by insured mail. If you are outside of Canada PLEASE MAIL RETURNS, and do not use courier services. Couriers charge brokerage fees and your return will be refused.
We're sorry, but due to copyright laws, patterns cannot be returned.
