Fingers itching for a new project? Take your
pick!
One! Two! Three! Four! Five! Six!
Just released this week, two new patterns to
celebrate the little children in your life.

Toddlers love counting and each is so proud
of his age. Celebrate your birthday boy or girl's
age with a big number on the front of this comfy
raglan-sleeved sweater. The corresponding number
of circles decorates the back and the same number
of stripes adorns one sleeve.

Dizzying Heights
Have you heard of the new on-line knitting magazine
called Twist Collective? If not then you're in
for a real treat. Their summer issue is up and
among the many wonderful designs, you'll find
a new one by yours truly!
Dizzy
is a roomy child's pullover in a huge range of
sizes from infant to 10 yrs old. It uses hand-painted
sock yarns in a slip stitch pattern that gives
the effect of stranded knitting, but the trick
is that you work with only one colour on each
row. You can easily substitute self-patterning
yarn with a coordinating solid for a unique variation.

If you like the pattern, follow this Ravelry
link and add it to your favourites or pop
it in your queue! It helps spread the word and
you can see who else plans on knitting Dizzy.
Victoria Knit-Out 2009
This
coming weekend, June 21st is the Victoria
Knit-Out in Saxe
Point Park in Esquimalt. We'll have kits of
our new designs as well as new colourways for
the old favourites. Stop by our tent to say hello.
Let's hope it isn't as windy this year as it
has been the past two years!
