What a great vest to wear over a shirt! Using strands taken from the self-patterning yarn, the squares of colour on the back echo the stripes on the front to great effect. Because it's sleeveless, it's really built for action!
Size: 0-6 mo, 6-12 mo, 1-2 yrs, 2-3 yrs
Techniques: stocking stitch, K2tog, P2tog, SSK, SSP, intarsia, garter stitch trim, short row shaping, three-needle bind off.
The vest you see modeled by Aidan, on the far left in the photographs was knit using Regia Jacquard Highland (5274) and Scheepjes Invicta Extra Charcoal (1340) with front and armhole bands in Regia Color 4 Ply (2000) Navy and Regia Color 4 Ply (540) Solid Navy. The one on the right and in the two smaller photos, modeled by Devan was knit using DGB Confetti (226) and (9027) with front and armhole bands in Confetti (21003). Both are size 2-3 yrs.
